Meet the Governors
Hon. Paul Lilan, SC
Advocate Paul Lilan holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB. Hons) from the University of Nairobi and a Masters of Management and Leadership. He is a legal and Governance professional with over 29 years as a practicing advocate.
Dr. Samuel Waweru
Dr. Samuel Waweru holds a Doctorate degree in Highway Engineering from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. He is an established scholar and a researcher with over 20 years University teaching experience in Civil Engineering. He chairs the Finance & Infrastructure Sub-Committee.
Ms. Anne Wafula
Ms. Anne Wafula is a HR Management Professional, Talent Strategist and Project Management Expert at Afrique Consult Ltd, offering highly practical training sessions to acquire and transfer soft skills to work.
Dr. Daniel Kemei
Dr. Daniel Kemei has over 22 years of experience in organizational and Projects (ICT) leadership, having served as Senior Manager ICT at KenGen and Head of ICT at HELB. He holds a PhD from the University of Nairobi.
Dr. Robert K. Cheruiyot
Dr. Robert Cheruiyot holds a PhD in Business Administration (Finance) from JKUAT and an MBA from Kenyatta University. He has 19 years of teaching experience and has held multiple institutional board memberships.
Ms. Lilian Cherono
Lilian is an experienced professional with expertise in Project Planning, Climate Smart Agriculture, and Sustainable Rural Development. She provides exceptional leadership in policy formulation and implementation.
Engineer Julius Tai
Engineer Tai is a dedicated board member and an active participant in the Finance, Infrastructure, and Resource Mobilization Committee, contributing his technical expertise to the college's growth.
John Kikwai
John Kikwai is the Principal and Secretary to the Board. He holds a Masters and Degree in Technology Education from Moi University and previously served as Deputy Principal Academic Affairs at RVTTI.
Mr. David Ng’ang’a
David Nganga is an education administrator with over 27 years in Kenya’s TVET sector. He holds an MBA and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and has led initiatives to improve training quality and industry linkages.
