John Kikwai
Currently the Principal and Secretary to the Board of Tinderet ITTC. He holds a Masters and Degree in Technology Education both from Moi University, Eldoret. He served as Deputy Principal Academic Affairs at Rift Valley Technical Training Institute.
Bitok David Talam
Oversees the college's administrative functions, infrastructure development, and human resource management. Mr. Talam is dedicated to ensuring TITTC operates at peak efficiency.
Cheruiyot
Dedicated to academic excellence, Cheruiyot ensures the curriculum meets industry standards and coordinates all training programs with a focus on competency-based training.
Hassan Ronoh
Managing the gateway to the college, the Registrar ensures smooth student admissions, academic records, and certification processes.

Governance Structure
TITTC is governed by a Board of Governors (BOG) appointed by the Ministry of Education. The Principal serves as the Secretary to the BOG and leads the Management Team.
